I have been incredibly pleased with the service I've received in Dr. Saymeh's office. I had experienced very poor customer service from my previous gasteroenterologist and was in desperate need of a change. When I became a patient of Doctor Saymeh's, his office provided me the professionalism and the timeliness that I needed to manage my condition. He and his staff are very organized and always provide me with personalized care. From scheduling my appointments and procedures, to office visits and even their correspondence l with my insurance company, when I come into the office, I always feel like a priority.

Dr. Saymeh is the second GI that I have been to. He is 100% better than the first one. He listens well and he cares about his patients.

Dr Saymeh, if that's what you want to call him is the worst Dr I have ever encountered! He is rude and has zero bedside manners. I was referred by my primary care Dr to evaluate me for diarrhea, bloat and stomach pain. Because I have various health issues he said I had to be cleared by my cardiologist before he would do a colonoscopy. My Dr cleared me, but said I was high risk. He said he would not do the colonoscopy, but I could come in and discuss other options. I went in to discuss what other tests could be done to find out what's going on. He did not bother to examine me, just looked at me and told me my diabetes and being over weight was what was causing my pain and diarrhea. I asked if there were other test he could perform, he told me to go back to my primary care Dr, he could handle that. He basically called me a liar when I told him something his office staff told me wasn't needed since I was not getting the colonoscopy. He said his staff would not have told me that. I know… what I was told so I guess he was calling me a liar. He showed no interest in my health, told me to take an over the counter medication, that was it. I would never return to this Dr, nor would I recommend him to anyone. Horrible doctor.

Best doctor, pleasant personality, makes you feel comfortable and the staff is very pleasing too. He always answers your questions.

I went to him for a 2nd opinion and endoscopy. He is a kind man and very knowledgeable and his specialty. He explained things very well! I saw him at the Northside Coliseum building which was very convenient for me. His medical assistant and staff are very nice. I'll be staying with them and highly recommend them! Jill Elliott
