Dr. Leah originally hails from the small southern town of Cottonport, Louisiana. After watching her two older brothers and older sister become practicing dentists, Leah realized the profession was the right place for her as well. She attended Louisiana State University for both undergraduate and professional degrees (Geaux tigers!).
While attending dental school in New Orleans, Leah fell in love with the music, food, and culture, as well as her future husband Mark. Their family numbers four strong with two sons George and William Leah enjoys travelling, visiting her huge family in Louisiana (she loves being an aunt), painting, and Grey's Anatomy.
