As a Licensed Psychologist in PA and NJ holding a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Dr. Bowden is a seasoned professional in mental health counseling with rich experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She provides comprehensive evidence-based treatments, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Habit Reversal Training (HRT), Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), and behavior modification to help individuals, families, and groups build resilience and achieve their wellness goals.
