Dr. Embree is an outstanding doctor! She has shown nothing but care and compassion. She is wonderful at explaining things, she is very thorough. Everyone is very friendly. The wait time is unbelievably short. I would recommend her to anyone.

I spent an hour being told that I was not being honest about my past history because what I told her was not in my record. She is arrogant and condenscending and dismissive. I do not believe that she understood that I was just asking for testing to see why my thigh muscle was giving out and causing severe pain when it did. I got nothing but an attitude that no patient should have to sit through. I will never go back! I would give her a negative star if I could. She was that bad. The absolute worst excuse for a doctor that I have ever seen

I will never return to this office after today. I've always been disappointed coming here. 45 minutes travel there, 1.5 hour wait before I walked out . Staff has always been rude as well.

Saw new Dr., had to pay, charged a ridiculous amount of money for a short visit $180. Given a prescription. Requested sent to WalGreens in Ferndale. P/U one day later. Not all meds there. Pharmacist contacts Suzanna Dr's office, told them had to speak to Dr. I was there waiting, drove from Birch Bay. I return home, call Dr's office and speak to Jen. She was the rudest person I have ever talked to. Jen told me they had a new girl (2 days new) and she split up the prescription, sent 1 to Walgreens in Ferndale and one to RiteAide in Blaine. She laughed when I told her I had to now drive to Ferndale twice because the prescription was not sent there. She then told me the pharmacist called me a cow and that I was very upset. I spoke to pharmacist and they record their calls and advised me they NEVER TALK like this. Jen fabricated this story. Pharmacist never talked to Jen either. He spoke to Suzanne or Suzanna. Ended up, the pharmacist has to now call Rite Aide in Blaine to request they… transfer the prescription over to Ferndale Walgreens. And obviously I would never request I have to go to two different places to pick up a prescription. I now have to go back to Ferndale from Birch Bay. Jen should be fired. She's a liar and rude and shows no empathy for what people are going through.
