Dr. Leah Louisa Habersham, MD

Dr. Leah Habersham is a board-certified physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology with additional expertise in addiction medicine. She earned her medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine and completed her residency training at Brooklyn Hospital Center. With 14 years of clinical experience, Dr. Habersham brings extensive knowledge to her dual specialties, combining women's healthcare with substance use treatment. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Habersham practices at multiple Mount Sinai locations throughout New York, including The Mount Sinai Hospital, Mount Sinai Morningside, Mount Sinai West, and Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital. Her clinical expertise includes treating substance use disorders, particularly alcohol and drug addiction, as well as specialized care for teen substance use and heroin addiction.
