Just avoid this doctor. The worst service ever.

I have known of Dr. Roberts for many years. She provided much needed support before my Fathers passing. Dr Roberts was very kind, knowledgeable, and concerned. Since then I have had at least three additional interactions with her in the ER. She has always been very professional, to the point, and displayed a good bedside manner. I was in the ER again this week for a blood clot. She reacted very quickly letting me know what needed to be done and didn't keep me in the ER any longer than absolutely needed. I can only speak very highly of her. The ER is not an easy place for a doctor to show their mettle.

Dr Roberts was extremely kind, very knowledgeable, and concerned. She explained everything thoroughly and recommended a follow with a specialist.

In need of urgent cervical surgery which was performed at another hospital, ACDF was surgery, she accused me of drug seeking and threatened to call the police if I did not leave the hospital immediately.

Did not help manage my needs after being diagnosed with pancreatitis. Saw her twice after being admitted and put me on narcotic meds. Second visit to the ER called me a drug addict says I was there due to withdrawals which is not the case didn’t treat my anxiety and told me if I came back to the ER she would not treat me.
