Dr Byrd’s Nurses are the most Hateful, Unprofessional, UnCaring And I believe Uneducated people I have ever dealt with in my life. Dr Byrd’s Nurses are Rude and Don’t Care If You Live Or Die. I had a Issue with the care my Son Received There. They had already made up their mind that there was nothing wrong with him and told me so. I got angry because they were lying about appointments for needed test saying they called to set up ultrasounds or Blood Test even though they had not. I got angry or the lack of care he was receiving and asked if they were just going to let him die and they told me I was not allowed to be a patient at Summit Medical any longer or Dr Byrd. So if you have questions or disagreements with your Healthcare Don’t You Dare Voice Those Disagreements or They Will Drop you as A Primary Care Doctor. My Son Had To Have Gallbladder And Hernia Surgery in the end after Dr Byrd’s Nurses said there was nothing wrong with him and threatened to drop him as a patient also. He… will never ever use Dr Byrd again. I wouldn’t recommend Dr Byrd or Her Nurses for my Dog.

Dr. Byrd lacks fundamental understanding of the dangers of drug interaction. She seems unwilling to reach out to other doctors who may be able to add invaluably to Dr. Byrd patient.

I wouldn't want to see anyone else. She's so patient with me. She's an excellent person, not just a dr

Dr Byrd is a kind, compassionate and caring person as well as a wonderful doctor.

I drive a little over an hour to see this doctor. She is one of the best doctors that I have ever had. She actually listens and doesn't rush your appointment time.

I think Dr Byrd is very good however at times I don't think she is spot on with a diagnosis and hesitates to do tests unless I continually ask for one to be sure of my condition. I would not switch doctors however since I do like her.

Dr. Byrd is a very warm, compassionate doctor. She listens and is very knowledgeable.
