LeAnna Fowlds, LCSW, owner of Grace Behavioral Health, LLC., a provider of virtual therapy throughout the state of Missouri, achieved a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tarleton State University, followed by a Master of Social Work at the University of Texas, Arlington, with a focus on children and families. LeAnna earned her license as a clinical social worker upon completion of 4000+ hours of supervised clinical experience.Since 2018, she has held various roles, specializing in couples therapy and family trauma. LeAnna's approach integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, andNarrative Therapy to address the complexities of struggling relationships. LeAnna actively engages couples in recognizing and expressing their emotions, emphasizing the significanceof the Five Love Languages, and identifying and addressing unhealthy behavioral patterns. This intensive program focused on youth with co-occurring mental health and substance use diagnosis includingreactive attachment disorder, conduct disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, ADHD, complex trauma and other varying diagnosis.LeAnna has extensive training in Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®). A trauma-informed therapeutic modality designed to meet the needs of youth with a history of complextrauma.
