Dr. Learned Robledo Gonzales, MD

I had pulmonary rehab sessions at his office and received a bill for $160.00. The bill showed a total and it was not itemized. I called his office and spoke to the billing department and asked for an itemized billing and was told that they would not send one to me. I called Kaiser and they told me the same thing.I wrote a letter to the office manager and to Dr. Gonzales about the billing without a response. His office sent the bill to a collection agency and was told that my credit had been damaged. I finally sent the collection agency the total but I am still, very upset that Dr. Gonzales office wouldn't send me an itemized statement. When I spoke with the billing department I was told that there were all kinds of problems with billing customers. Dr. Gonzales is an excellent Doctor but his methods of billing needs a great deal of improvement. I read one review that his billing department sent a $5.00 billing to the collection agency. Now that is absurd. Find another pulmonary… Doctor. George Held

Very kind attentive and conscientious doctor. Listens well, patient ( I have memory problems), and moves rapidly on addressing issues... also thorough sent me to additional specialist to check some other concerns that were co-occurring. Awesome dr
