Dr. Lee Lovett Allison

5 weeks ago, I scheduled a new patient appointment with Dr. Allison's office to review a specific medical issue; I was referred by another doctor to her. With a week to go before the appointment, I received a call cancelling the appointment with her office citing she is no longer accepting new patients. (It was specified at my original time of booking that I would be a new patient.)

Incorrect diagnosis codes were sent to lab. Contacted Doctor's office in regards to correcting the problem. Office personnel will not correct the problem and only refer to Practice Manager. Practice Manager will not return my calls. Their mistake cost me extra money. Beware!

Attempted to make a new patient appointment with Dr. Allison on May 21, 2018. The phone was not answered but I was able to leave a message requesting a return call. I did not receive a return call so I placed another call later in the day. The person answering the phone immediately asked me the kind of insurance I had and when I replied "Medicare" she immediately stated that Dr. Allison does not take additional Medicare patients. I find this discriminatory.

Recommend her to all my friends and family.

Finally a physician who listens to your issues and actually has several options and or solutions to offer. Dr. Allison is caring, compassionate, conscientious and above all well versed in both old and new remedies. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would like a physician whom still remembers why they chose to be a physician in the first place.

Dr. Allison is very competent and knowledgeable. She spent time listening to my concerns and accurately diagnosed my condition (a specialist I had seen missed it). She offered treatment as well as self-help measures to help me improve quicker. She has a caring manner that puts me at ease, and my 12 year old daughter thinks she's "cool". Office staff is friendly, and the check-in check-out process is hassle free. I've never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen, and I was able to have a same-day appointment.

I needed a new primary care physician after moving. I had no referrals to work from and found this practice on the internet. I nervously made an appointment! First visit was great! Dr. Allison was very pleasant and friendly. She took the time to address my concerns, nothing felt rushed. The environment was very comfortable and the staff were just as nice. I look forward to continuing my health care with Dr. Allison.
