Dr. Lee Russell Bules, DO

I really love Dr. Bules! He has been my doctor for more than five years now. I have never experienced a problem. He has delivered on my babies. He cares about his Patients!

For some reason, maybe because of the economy, but their office is just cutting people as their patients if they own them money. They don't even give you the opportunity to look for a new doctor. If your on a lot of medication, your out of luck. They just tell you your not his patient anymore. I called to get a referral for a specialist because Dr. Bules was set up to do an upper and lower until his office manager harassed me for money and questioned my medical insurance before he would see me. All of this was done in front of all the people in the waiting room. I was so embarrassed. I did not go to the appointment, I cried sitting outside waiting for my daughter to pick me up. Then his office manager came out and did not come up to me, while I was crying, but stood about 20 feet away from me and yelled, I am only the office manager. I was so worried about me not getting the treatment I needed. When I called to see if I could get this referral, the girl at the desk told me that the… doctor said, your not his patient anymore. Of course, I got mad and demanded to talk to the doctor. He finely gave in.I had H-Pylori. And intestine bacteria which if not treated could turn into Cancer. I take Paxil and antidepressant and I have asthma. All of which if I don't take my medication could cause my head to spin and I could get depressed. But this did not matter to the doctor. Cold turkey, off all my medication.My daughter went to Dr. Mixture and he delivered 3 of her children. They have been going to this doctor for 4 years. They had a bill when they were not on insurance and had financial problems. Dr. Mixture cut her whole family off.After getting out of the hospital, I saw Dr. Bules and he said we needed to set up an appointment for my upper and lower. I told him, he already did set up the appointment. He mailed me some papers in the mail. I took them with me to Dr. Bules, and it ended up that their office sent me someone else medical paper work. Then when I asked for a copy of my medical file, they sent me more medical paper work of another patient of their office. Would you want other people to have that information? I wouldn'tI hate that office. I don't think it is right for them to treat people like that.
