He was a very good person ! Very kind

Dr Forest is very trustworthy, and very down-to-earth. I feel a lot of people are afraid to tell their doctors what’s really going on with them, which in the long run just hurt yourself. I’ve been going to him now for five years. I feel that he is excellent, and is not looking just to throw medication at you but other ways to try to fix any problems that you may have.

I feel he is too busy to take the time for me sometimes. He is very nice and recommends other doctors to see when necessary.

Dr. Lee is my PCP. Good bedside manners and took time to listen to my concerns. Always available by phone too. Busy practice, he is a really a good doctor. I am glad that I found him.

Very polite staff willing to work with your schedule. Also they are very detailed and concern for our best health.

try to call for an appointment but no body pickup the phone. Phone went to the on all person...she said call the office with the same number...? The voice mail says open from 9-4 and my called after 9...still wonder...looking for new Dr.

If you like paying to watch someone staring at his computer, then he is the guy for you. Hss zero interest in making you better.

Very unprofessional staff. Extremly long waiting time. Doctor more interested in writing on the computer than responding to patients.

Dr. Forest's problem is the front desk. There are 4 women there, but every time I've called the office, I've been immediately put on hold or worse yet put on hold and the the connection is lost. When I saw Dr. Forest and complained, he made me tell the front staff what happened. They denied it and I got dirty looks. I felt that it was his job to handle his own staff. The second time I called, I had to repeat the message 3 times. I finally heard from Dr. Forest -- 3 days later. A doctor, or a company for that matter, is judged by the front desk. THis is the public's first contact. He needs to clean house. I am no longer a patient and have found a new PCP.
