"My grandfather was a dentist and my father was an orthodontist, and this greatly influenced my decision to follow in their footsteps. During my teen years, I often helped out at my father's office and really enjoyed it. I went on to earn my dental degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry followed by a two-year orthodontic specialty residency at Northwestern and an additional six years of postdoctoral education at the University of Michigan in Human Growth and Development. Starting as a full-time university teacher and clinical scientist, I have always emphasized the importance of evidence-based treatment. Today, I offer my patients over 30 years of clinical experience along with the most innovative orthodontic solutions."
