Dr. Lee Klausner

I can't say enough about Dr. Klausner and her office! She is an absolutely phenomenal surgeon that has not only helped me but helped a friend of mine as well. She is meticulous and her bedside manner is refreshing compared to most doctors here in NYC. She takes a lot of time going through every little detail with you to make sure you know what will be preformed. I was referred to her by another surgeon and I can't thank them enough!!

Dr. Klausner prescribed me medications, completely unaware of the FDA's most severe "black box" warning for side effects. They were also contraindicated with others I was taking and had disclosed. After weeks of prep for surgery, she asked for thousands in previously undisclosed fees less than 24 hours before it was supposed to take place. She then canceled the surgery when I was unable to pay immediately.

Dr. Klausner takes the time to fully explain the procedure and is makes me feel comfortable and secure. She goes the extra mile. Always a pleasure to work with Melissa the practice manager.

The follow up after the procedure was incredible. I was back in the office to get decongested almost every day, making me much more comfortable after the surgery. Dr. Klausner was always reachable if I needed her and was willing to fit me into her schedule if I needed to see her after my surgery.
