Very good experience with Dr Koster at Kittanning location.

My husband and I are dealing with fertility issues which is hard enough as it is. He showed up 15 min early for his 3 o'clock appt. He waited a total of 2 hrs and never even saw the Dr. On top of that the place was absolutely disgusting! The waiting room was so unkept and dirty. No apologies for running late. When he got in his patient room it was as if someone did a procedure on someone and did not clean the room and just put him in there. The Paper sheet on the patient bed was dirty and had tissues one it, there were two steel pans with liquid and used instruments in them, A open tube of something squeezed out on gauze on dirty gauze on the counter, where stuff splattered on a wall and filing cabinet. All of the railing in the rooms had dust and finger prints on them. This place needs CLEANED! He was not even comfortable sitting on a small round stool. Someone was coming in and out of the room cleaning it while he was in there. She grabbed a hand soap from the room like it was the… only one in the office. Or should I say trying to clean up. There was dirty stuff kicked under a cart in the corner. AND the BATHROOM was worse than a truck stop. He tried to wait for the Dr. but could not take it anymore. He opened the waiting room door with a napkin he was so grossed out. He went out from and the said yeahhh I need to reschedule. The lady at the front desk was so embarrassed she was like I am so sorry we are so busy today. NO EXCUSE! I manage a dental office, my dad is a flight nurse, my sister managed a medical office. ROOMS are always to be sterile and clean. And a 2 hr wait! Now we have to find a new Dr. and wait another month and a half to be seen somewhere! I will be reporting this place! Absolutely disgusting!

I had nothing but wonderful experiences with Dr Koster do not know what the other person who gave a negative experience is talking about ! I ASK QUESTIONS and he never yelled at me also I could NEVER imagine him yelling at anyone he is so mild mannered and a VERY GOOD DR!!!!!

This was by far the WORST experience ive had at a dr's office- THE WORST. I got there 20 min early for my appointment which was at 1pm- i was to be the 1st patient seen after the lunch break... the dr hadnt even arrived at 1pm..they sent me to the doc room to wait for the dr at about 1pm and the dr didnt come in to see me until about 1:45!!! AND i had heard him thru the wall attending to another patient who got there later than i did!! he sat down to talk to me about my condition and recommended some procedures so i asked some questions about it and he YELLED at me and told me no to question him! he said that i shouldnt be there if i wasnt willing to listen to him- which i never said i wouldnt i just thought i had the right to ask questions before paying 2000 dollars on a procedure that may be dangerous and possibly unnecessary!! he even sent me home with nothing to take for the pain. It was HORRIBLE. I hope NO one else EVER goes to thsi dr again. EVER.
