Excellent Doctor & Surgeon. Very concerned about you as a patient.

Don't expect a warm bedside manner. He is a man of few words and little explanation. I was against the gun and HAD to move forward with his services. His Staff is great. He is severely lacking in communication skills. I had no idea what to expect post surgical. He was a no-show to my follow up appointment. I sat in the exam room for an hour before a Nurse popped her head in to say "I'm so sorry, I have no idea where he is". After I said I thought we were taking the stitches out and that I could probably do it at home, the Nurse offered to remove them and I was on my way. Never saw Dr Miller nor heard a thing back from his office. He had an elderly couple waiting to see him at the same time. I understand life happens, but a responsible person would at least call into the office to inform of delays. I would NOT recommend Dr Miller for anyone who values communication, informed expectations or reliability.

I was scheduled with another Sioux falls plastic surgeon. It took a total of 10 months to go through all the steps with her. On 2 separate occasion it took the office over 3 weeks to call me back for a simple questions. I was so put off by there lack of patient care that I called Dr. Millers office 2 weeks before my surgery date. His staff was beyond helpful. Answered all my question relight away. 1 week later I met Dr. Miller and found him to be wonderful, nothing like the other reviews I read on his site. Before I left his office I had a new surgery scheduled just 3 days after my orginal date. My post op healing has gone very smooth, but the follow up for his staff has been top notch. I highly reccomend Dr. Miller.

I was schedule for a double mastectomy and Dr Miller was scheduled to do my reconstruction...I met with him the week prior to my surgery. I was repulsed by the lack of compassion he had toward me as a patient. I literally left his office in tears...he is cold and callus. I believe there are doctors who are in healthcare to help people and others that are in it for the money. Dr Miller strikes me as being in it for the money...needless to say I cancelled my surgery and found a surgeon that was compassionate, caring and highly qualified.
