Dr. Lee Ratner, MD

Dr. Lee Ratner is an oncology specialist with additional expertise in internal medicine, bringing 47 years of clinical experience to patient care. He earned his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Clinical Center at the National Institutes of Health. His extensive background spans nearly five decades of treating cancer patients and managing complex internal medicine conditions. Dr. Ratner is fluent in Spanish and Chinese, enabling him to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.

Dr. Ratner practices at multiple locations throughout Illinois and Missouri, including Siteman Cancer Center in Shiloh and Saint Louis, as well as Memorial Hospital Belleville. He maintains hospital affiliations with Barnes Jewish Hospital, Memorial Hospital Belleville, Christian Hospital, Barnes Jewish Saint Peters Hospital, Progress West Hospital, and Memorial Hospital Shiloh. His clinical expertise includes treating HIV infections, …including pediatric and acute cases. He performs comprehensive blood work such as complete blood counts and white blood cell differentials to monitor patient health and guide treatment decisions.
