Dr. Lee Morrell Royall, MD

Unprofessional. As I was en route to my appointment, every road was at a standstill. There were multiple accidents. I called the office 15 minutes before my appointment to let them know that I was running late. I hate being late. But when I got there, he had already left! Not a good first impression whatsoever! If I could give 0 stars I would. And shame on the practice for allowing such behavior. Especially knowing what they know about what I am dealing with as a long, good standing patient. They clearly paired me with the wrong physician because I believe in integrity. This clown clearly has none.I miss my old provider already; he was kind, patient, and respectful.

Dr. Royall is not only the best gastro doctor ever; but he is most caring, listens to my concerns, works with me through issues, and makes suggestions on the best way to handle issues. He also develops 'a friendship' with his patients, which allows us to discuss our issues and listen to his suggestions and follow his advice. He is the BEST!

I found Dr. Royall to have a professional knowledge in his field.But he could not relate to me as a patient.He was late in reporting test results back to me.He does not spent time with you to answer your questions and does not listen to my concerns.I have to have a doc that will talk to me and I did not find this so with Dr. Royall.

Everything from beginning to end was top notch care! Dr. Royall answered all of my questions and put me at ease about my procedure. The nurse absolutely delightful. And it was great to finally have good care in the area that ISNT Trident affiliated.
