I was misdiagnosed 9 times. Took 4 years and the second I saw him he knew I had systemic Scleroderma.he always answers back. He cares a lot and works hard to get you the right information and does research.i highly recommend him. Great doctor. Saved my life

Dr Shapiro is one of the best Doctors I have been to. He is extremely intelligent and really wants to research your problem if it’s a difficult case to diagnosis . He has called me on the weekend just to check on me. He is very professional and down to earth at the same time. He wants to help make you feel better . I tell everyone about him!

Dr Shapiro goes the extra mile by contacting his patients to follow their status. This is just one of his attributes. He individualizes Care. He listens. He has a vast knowledge and is admired by physicians and patients. I feel very fortunate to have him in my corner.

Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Sad when he's the only specialist for scleroderma but neglects to give you proper care or follow up for such a debilitating disease.

Wonderful diagnostician. Carefully considers facts and explores out of box options. Good listener and clear communicator. The best doc I know to go to when you have multi-specialty problems because he is very knowledgable and a good synthesizer, well beyond the limits of his specialty.

I think he is a great doctor and I have had my share of bad dr's. When I meet a good one, I know it,and I have here with Dr. Shapiro.
