Dr. Lee Earl Shoop, MD

appointments are hard to get, wait time is long, but lee spends the time that is needed for each patient, some of the reception people are very rude, the billing staff are hard to deal with and cannot seem to get the bill with the right codes so you can turn it into the insurance companies, can take months to resolve and they will turn you into collections when it is their fault. So be careful if you have 3rd party insurance. If you get a prescription and the pharmacy cannot fill it or the medicine is unavailable you cannot get past the receptionist to let the doctor know you need a different one, they never call back or rectify the problem. So sad that a handful of people can make it so hard to see the doctor :( As for DR. Lee Shoop I admire the man, and think he is a good doctor
