I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Dr. Simon's office. He was professional and kind and the staff was amazing and friendly. I am nervous about going to the dentist and I am not anymore. The reviews were not anything I experienced. I was seated almost immediately, but could have spend all day in the beautiful reception area talking to Emily and Marcy. He will be my dentist for a lifetime. Thank you so much Dr. Simon AND staff. From the bottom of my heart.

My wife had a simple cavity filled. He only had a few clients in the que, However he was rushing and not paying attention to details. In his rush he laserated the bottom of her tongue. He claimed she swallowed and her tongue moved. We have had countless procedures done and different dentists and swallowed during dental work and NEVER been cut so bad we needed stitches.

My wife had an appointment at a certain time in the morning, she said the staff took back all kinds of people who had appointments after her, then they called her back and told her she should have said something. Dr Simon's staff in my opinion is the snobbist and rudist staff in all of erie. That's why we left years ago, how my mother stayed for so long is beyond me.
