Beware! Caution! This doctor puts in the incorrect insurance codes for consults AND charges a copay to double bill the patient! Called for 6 months to try to get the code changed because my insurance covers consults at 100%…but not with the wrong code. He SCAMS his patients.

Listens to me and answers my questions.

I saw him 8 years ago He is a horrible doctor I went there because I had intense behavior issues and I have high functioning autism He yelled at me called me names and threatened to “I’ll get security to drag you out by your ears!” I understand your supposed to forgive bur I’ll never forget him I don’t know when but doctors lose their humanity and compassion boy they do lose it! One day Dr Voulters you are going to be on the other side of the table I still wish and pray you are better doctor to someone else then you were to me ! I always hope I can meet him in person again so I can tell him how I feel British snob’ ! His staff and nurses are no better !

Dr. Voulters is very thorough and attentive. He answered ally questions and the medicine he prescribed works wonderfully. I have NO complaints. Hands down he is one of the best doctors I have seen. I wish he was a family doctor, so I could see him for all my medical needs.

He may be a great Doctor, but the staff was very uncommunicative. I was taken back early and left in the room. I could hear the doctor talking between patients, so after 45 minutes I opened the door and asked if they forgot me. They said he had to go to the hospital, and would be with me shortly. OK, I didn't say I could hear him. 15 minutes later, I ask again, he said I will be with you in 2 minutes, another 5 past, and I tell them it's over an hour past my appointment time and I am leaving. He says again, I will be in in 2 minutes. I leave. THEY SHOULDN'T OVERBOOK IF THEY CANT SEE PATIENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER. They also should tell patients the doctor has been delayed. I will not be going back.

Darn dr. tells it like it is does not use a filter when explaining the about the condition you have
