No one ever answers the phone and the pre recorded message says not to leave multiple messages. Then you wait and wait and wait for a call back, a text or email to no avail!!

Dr Walker is a great doctor very caring and helpful. Will go to great lengths to make sure you are good. He doesn't accept 2nd best for his patients

No gloves used by medical assistants. Extremely rude receptionist with nasty attitude. When patients tell Dr. Walker he laughs it off and makes excuses. The office manager is loud and rude with tattoos all over and no uniform. Very unprofessional and she wants to hear nothing you have to say about the receptionist. They cover for each other's nastiness. Then they try to leave good reviews online about the clinic to convince people to come. Unbelievable.

Receptionist very rude and unprofessional, Dr. Walker a great Dr. the wait time is awful and never get your test results, if you call the receptionist act like she own the business and have the right to treat people any way she desires, she must be a miserable person. I had to find another Dr because her and pretty sure other people have too, she does not need to be working with the public not s people person at all, never did her job, if Dr walker referred you to someone else it might be 6 months before she did if she did it at all. I am pretty sure he lost a lot of patients because of her five stars for Dr Walker no stars for receptionist she does not deserve one.

Dr. Walker is an amazing physician!! He goes out of his way and beyone for his patients providing them with 100% quality service. His staff is also very hardworking and very attentive to the patients needs, they work very hard and love their job!!

This staff is the absolute WORST. I have never encountered such unprofessional office staff in all my life. The front desk receptionist always gives patients a difficult time with scheduling appointments and snaps at patient questions causing others in the waiting area to look around. The wait time is too long. There is tall female nurse that works there whose attitude Is horrible. If you do not want to wait on patients or if you are having personal problems at home do not take it out on the patients with rude comments and snappy behavior. If you are a nurse practitioner and don't want to be at this medical clinic, why should I come as a patient? The wait time in the patient room is over an hour long. As I speak to the doctor staff members eavesdrop outside the door. This is ridiculous! Good doctor, but he seems to have no control over the staff, which is odd. Also nurses are so unprofessional they do not take blood work. I thought that was one of the most important things a nurse… learns in school. Staff members are loud and look unkempt. Doctor should get a new staff or leave this clinic altogether.

I have the greatest respect for Dr. Walker, but some his staff, no. They do not return pharmacy calls (out of blood pressure refills and it has been 4 days and no response). I called and could not speak with nurse (if 3 months) have to wait and make appt. no problem last visit and still maintaining on every visit. WHY???
