Dr. Leeba Elizabeth Babu, MD

I accompanied my mother on an appointment to see Dr. Babu yesterday. It was my first experience with the doctor and I can say I was very displeased. From the time we started until we finished her bedside manner was unwelcoming. She seemed annoyed and aggravated when my mother would mispronounce a medication or when the doctor asked my mom a question and my mom would go into detail, Dr.Babu's attention was displaced and cold . As a medical professional myself, it is so important to treat each and every patient with patience, care and make them feel better leaving than they did coming into an appointment. The MA who assisted my mom with triage was sweet,patient and helped with no hesitation, notes Dr. Babu should take from her ( sad I Did not get her name). Please , if you have an older parent or you are an older patient yourself , find doctors who CARE and who wants to listen and not huff and puff , kiss their teeth and be bothered with a job they signed up for !

Dr Babu took time to explain what was going on with me . My diabetes is much better controlled after I stated seeing her . Thank you Dr Babu.
