Dr. Kerkula is an excellent provider. She is always courteous, very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Scheduling with her can be difficult due to their new system but the patient portal is very helpful with this. She responds in a timely manner and is always helpful. I've only heard bad reviews from others who dont get certain meds or have drug seeking attitudes. I commend her for being consistent in this regard and she is always willing to explain all options available to help a person.

Dr. Kerkula is great. The office offers a portal and I've used it several times for direct messages to her. She responds in a timely manner and is very thoughtful and compassionate. I've never had an issue getting an appointment and if lines are busy, you can always walk in and get a same day appointment!

I know for a fact from my experience with Doctor Kerkula, that she is one of the best doctors in the Aston area. She listens to all of your concerns about your health, once you have finished then and only then that she comments and responses. She explains every aspect of your concerns and what are the best options for you and your HEALTH! Also she's makes sure that you fully understand her decision of treatment because its completely in your best interest! As far as being and on time Doctor she is in her office every morning at 7:30a.m. if it takes her awhile to get to your room its only because she is giving her undivided attention to all of her patients! I have call her cell phone after hours whenever needed and she has always gotten back to me in a timely fashion. Thank you Doctor Kerkula, for being an AWESOME DOCTOR!!!

If you want a doctor you can NOT get when you need her she is your girl. The worst Dr I ever seen and her staff is so rude will be finding another!!!!
