The front desk girls were not as helpful as they could've been. They seemed to be bothered with answering questions and signing people in. The nurse and doctor were pleasant. The total wait time was two hours.

I have always had a great experience with the doctors but both times I’ve gone in, my billing experience has been awful. I’ve been there twice and both times I’ve been charged the wrong amount upfront, I’ve had to get with my insurance provider, straighten it out, and have my bill corrected. It seems like a doctors office should have their billing specialists trained and experienced considering it’s not cheap to go in there.

Long wait times. Need more staff. Well done once I was treated

The staff was absolutely great but whatever over head or administrative system they have going on is AWFUL. I waited almost TWO HOURS just to get a few stitches taken out. Push back after pushback. If it hadn’t been for the staff being nice I would have walked out.

I have insurance but left my card along with my phone at home. I informed them that if I could use the phone I could get the info. The lady at the desk told me it was illegal for me to call and get my policy number. I couldn’t use the phones because the lines were recorded. I then asked if she was turning me down because I didn’t have my card? She said no. I told her the insurance name and company I worked for and asked her if she could look it up. At this point I’m frustrated and in tears because I’m sick as can be. After all of this and an ok from the HR manager in the middle of the night they let me use the phone. The most strange thing is if you have insurance their charge is higher, which means they charged me almost $150 with insurance for a visit. The last time I visited this location co pays were only $25. They did state that they are not part of st Joseph hospital. Also the wait time just to be registered was clearly a hr when I signed in it said 0-25 min wait.

All but one of the staff members seemed very inattentive and there's an overall lack of care. The culture for treating patients effectively and efficiently does not at all seem to be fostered. I sure hope there's some serious initiative from hospital board and staff to better their practices.

It’s a shame how disappointing the scheduling and communication is at this office. An amazing doctor, but the supporting staff continued to cancel appointments without notification, explanation or efforts to reschedule. I’ve referred friends and family here, but am embarrassed to say we all had similar experiences

I've seen staff roll their eyes at elderly folks that have sat waiting over 40 minutes for a prescription that was called in way earlier in the day and have the gall to ask how much longer the wait might be. I've seen children of employees running the aisles behind the counter where all of the prescriptions are located. You run a chance of getting major attitude when asking questions over the phone regarding your prescription. After five years of dealing with this place I will use compounding solutions from now on. I feel bad because there are a few very professional, nice people that work there but are eclipsed by people that have no business working in an environment that involves at least some interpersonal skills.

Patient waiting time unreasonably long.

Every time I've come to this urgent care facility, we wait nearly two hours. The second time we came there was one other person in the waiting room and two hours go by and still nothing. If you're going to have a carenow facility, the care needs to be more prompt. Two hours for each patient is nothing but ridiculous.
