Dr. Lefferage Kent Robbins JR., MD

Overall I like Dr. Robbins, my wife and I have been seeing him for many years. He has a very friendly demeanor which makes it easier to talk with him about difficult issues. If I had to bring up any negative issues it would be that sometimes when I send emails through their patient portal, sometimes it seems as though whoever replies is NOT paying attention to the content of the email which is very frustrating. And as with every doctor not only do you have to wait in the general waiting area, sometimes I have to wait yet again in the exam room, and even though there are times when Dr. Robbins seems a bit "hurried" he still try's to take time with me to make sure we address any issues.

I work FT so I made my appointment for 4:00 towards end of day. When Dr Robbins came in exam room and I asked how he was doing his response was "Tired." I felt rushed through the appointment. I brought up a new concern regarding my right knee. There was no examination but rather I was told I would be referred to Orthopedist. In reviewing my visitation notes on the portal after my visit there is no mention of this referral or complaint in my file. My previous visit was much the same. Perhaps I will try an early morning appointment next time and hope for better results.

I have been a patient for 10+ years and always felt comfortable around Dr. Robbins. He treats me like a good friend, which allows me to tell him of any issues I might have.

I left a message for the nurse and was contacted later in the day for problems and symptoms by the nurse. Appointment was made for a telehealth visit with the doctor for the following day at 9 am but didn’t hear from him until 12:00. Appointment made to come to office for flu/Covid test and treatment
