Dr. Lei Ann Bridges

Lei-Ann Bridges is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about supporting clients to address challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and spiritual/religious issues. Lei-Ann completed her Master of Arts at Argosy University. She is also a psychology instructor who enjoys using her knowledge to educate her clients on how they can navigate the stressors of life with grace and ease. Lei-Ann utilizes several therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. Life is a learning journey filled with "good" and "bad" experiences. Our job is to take painful experiences, see them as learning opportunities, and transform them into beautiful lessons.
