Dr. Leigh Gilburn, DO

This is the third time I have tried to leave a comment on this doctor. Maybe third times a charm. Bottom line, I got a box with 4 different braces for my elderly mother. 2 for the wrist, one knee, and one for the back. The doctor on the prescription was Leigh Gilburn. My mother has been bed bound for 2 years, and I’ve never heard of Dr Gilburn, and my mother’s family doctor doesn’t know who he is. I don’t know if Dr Gilburn is a real doctor or what. Anyway, I tried to send them back and was told I couldn’t. Medicaid was billed over $3,000. Sorry taxpayers.

I received ankle, knee and back braces from Champion Medical Supply which were not okayed by me or my doctor but the name on the Medicare billing was Leigh Gilburn. This was a scam for which the sender received $4,500 from Medicare and and additional $900 from my insurance which I pay $280 a month for. I have filed fraud charges in hopes that this will STOP THIS STUFF. It is wrong to do this and many people are experiencing, NOT ON MY WATCH.

This so called doctor came in to my emergency room, she was rude and asked stupid questions like have I seen my urologist, all this happened on the weekend, Friday night and Sunday afternoon, when was I suppose to see a urologist. She was the worst doctor I have ever seen, no compassion, just a total rag, hope I never have to see her again!!!!!! I was told on Friday to come back if I got worse and that's what I did, treated like crap, like I had no right to be there.

Dr. Gilburn is the only Doctor I've ever seen who actually listens to me and involves me in deciding what I should do. She is kind and funny, and she makes you feel like she's a member of your family. I think she really cares about her patients. And she looks at everything in my medical history and not just one thing n

I took my grandson in to see Dr. Gilburn after 5 other doctors didn't know what was wrong with him. She listened and suggested we see someone at the Children's Hospital and made all the referrals. We took him in and it saved his life. I cannot thank her enough for her knowledge, caring attitude and professionalism.

Dr. Gilburn saw my son for an infection. We had taken him in to see other doctors and nobody else was able to find out what was wrong with him. Dr. Gilburn took the time to look at every possibility and our son finally got better. We recommend her to anyone who wants good care.

This person is one of the best docs I've ever seen, compassionate, patient and a good listner. Really cares about what she is doing.
