Dr. Leigh Stewart Miles, MD

Dr. Leigh Stewart Miles is an emergency medicine physician at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. Dr. Miles earned her medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine and completed her residency in emergency medicine at Emory University School of Medicine, where she was chief resident. She received her undergraduate degree in microbiology from the University of Georgia and also attended a study abroad program at the University of Oxford where she made the Presidents List.

Dr. Miles is board-certified in emergency medicine and has served on several committees at Emory University. She has also worked with Grady Health System Emergency Center, Cartersville Medical Center Emergency Department and WellStar Health System Emergency Department. Dr. Miles is an extremely active volunteer in the Atlanta community and is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Emergency Medicine Residents Association and Georgia College of Emergency Physicians.
