Very positive and kind and informative

I have been unable to even get in to see this provider as UF has made scheduling so difficult. First, after my referral was made nobody ever called to schedule the appointment but I received a letter saying I was not responding to their repeated attempts to reach me. Phone records verify they never called. When I did try to schedule I was offered only 1 day a week so I rearranged me work schedule to make the appointment and the day prior they called and changed the appointment time to a time I absolutely could not do. When I attempted multiple times to contact them, I got no response. Ultimately this has caused a delay of care for a potentially serious issue of almost a month now. I do not know how the physician is but I can say for sure that UF has made it almost impossible to establish care!

Dr. Neumayer is caring, professional, personable, and a great surgeon. She did a beautiful job on my mastectomies, using a skin and nipple sparing technique. I would recommend her to anyone needing such a surgery. Her staff are also polite and professional. I live 200 miles away and she is always very easy to work with, scheduling appointments so I don't have to leave at 5 am to get there or be very late driving the Wyoming roads in the dead of winter at night. I greatly value her opinion and her expertise. She's the best!
