Dr. Leigh Suzanne Roberts, MD

I thought she was excellent too until I saw my sons official record. She's the only dr out of 5 who wrote anything besides clinical and two of three were straight lies. One was an exxageration about my son always watching shows. She said that's all he does and she thinks he eats constantly, it was during covid quarantine, and he was a toddler. I was told not to worry about chunk because he grows 4 inches every year when others grow two. He was still in the percentile anyway. Then she said he sleeps at 10pm, wakes at midnight and is allowed to run around. Not at all what we said. We had a problem w him pretending to sleep, when we would fall asleep, he would get up and run around ! Then see said " mom isn't strict". In context thats not right. I wasn't strict if he went to bed at 9 or 10 because he wasn't in school, we weren't working so we slept a different schedule then others. She also said she told us to lay off the juice and he never even liked juice and never was allowed… soda. That part she didn't mention at all, of course. I'd advise anyone who thinks she's great to go to Jefferson or Einstein ssite and for ur child's medical records. It's free. Idk what can be done about it but it's annoying to have a kid healthy as a horse, at yearly visits, going as good as they can and then these are the comments on record like a negligent parent. It's bs. I hope the results are better for u. If not then it's probably why she works at different locations every few years. Such a wonderful dr, they would keep!?

Loved her until I saw her reports compared to other doctors. I ordered my sons from Jefferson medical records site. Turns out the "easy going" visits had some exxagerations and straight lies. I never would have known. The other four Drs all stick to clinical and related info only. Other the record!

Cares very much about her patient's health.

Very knowledgeable Ped MD. Great bedside manners. Kids love her. Her staff is very nice also. Highly recommended to family and friends.

The doctors are okay but the front desk girls have to be the most rude, ignorant, bitter woman I've ever come across in a doctors office. Good luck if you become a patient. You'll see.

LOVE Dr. Roberts but her office staff needs to be replaced! Every time I call I am put on hold for at least 15 minutes and when they finally get to my call they are rude and unprofessional. If I did not like Dr. Roberts so much I would switch but she is just so great with my child and has been taking care of her since she was a toddler. Dr. Roberts, you need to hire courteous and competent staff to run your office!

Dr. Roberts is AWESOME!! I totally trust my twin boys under her care. She's smart , professional and makes you feel comfortable with any question we ask her about our boys. She knows her stuff and she's very confident in her answers. She offered us free samples of the formula our twins are on and she enrolled us in the Multiple Births Program so our twins can get free cases (each) of formula per month up to 1 yr. This has really helped and she totally understands our preferences about vaccines. I will recommend her to every parent and give her 5 stars. Thank you Dr. Roberts.

Dr. Roberts is great we met her at event she spent the whole hour with us, she loves my kids and when she comes into the room she is all about helping us diagnose what is wrong! Love her that is the main reason why we have stayed! Now the down the staff not all of them are great but the ones that are in the front desk you will know who will bend over backwards to help! Just the other day I called in and Anne Marie was amazing she got us in within 45 min to be seen, I thanked after we left, because my son had an ear infection and even though it was a just a cough for his syptom Anne Marie helped a lot! She is great, now if only the girls would be just like her more that would be great! I wish I knew all of there names!

Dr. Roberts is a wonderful doctor. She has a great bedside manner and always listens to my concerns. Yes, she does have a long wait time, but that's because she takes her time and doesn't rush parents or children through their appointments.

This facility is a big joke..the girls working front desk are rude and very nasty...i would not recommend this office for animals never the less children...if you want a difficult time and told that you need to schedule a sick appointment two weeks in advance go here...who knows when their child is going to get sick? Annmarie is very cocky...this place is a circus...rules and procedure are different according to whom you speak with...
