This office is the worst. When I arrived on time, the office appeared to be in chaos mode. Loud chatter in the reception area & the girls behind the plastic barrier were cold & curt, no eye contact & they acted as if they were annoyed with everyone showing up. I waited over 45 min. to get in to see the doctor. Then when I did see the doctor, she said, ‘we can’t do anything with your issue at this time, you’ll have to see an optometrist. The optometrist will have the right tools & would be able to better handle this. I will have to refer you to an optometrist’. Then she tried to sell me on other services they provide and sent me to the check out desk. The checkout girl was super rude & could care less about customer service. The first thing she did was ask me if I wanted to make another appointment now or call back and before I could even answer her, she told me I had a co-pay of $50, for doing absolutely nothing. When this horrible ordeal was over, & I arrived at my car in the… parking garage it was 12:00pm – I spent an hour & fifteen minutes & fifty dollars on absolutely nothing. DO NOT go to this office.

The Doctor was very sweet and caring, I had a lot of pre-cancerous spots that she was able to treat and get rid of them, my skin looks great after they healed. I need to follow up twice a year instead of waiting a long time to go in since I am prone to skin cancer issues from years ago of laying in sun and getting burned. The office is very clean and the staff is very nice.

Rude, dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked about a certain medicaiton and side effects, she told me i could have just as much chance of getting hit by a car. I brought in other medications that i had tried in the past, and was told "no need to see your bag of tricks!" After prescribing a strong anti fungal, wasn't even told i should go for liver testing...the whole experience was negative!!!

Friendly, caring manner. We actually enjoy our office visits (very gentle). Everyone in the office has a nice disposition.

Very kind and caring. Takes time to discuss your visit. Found melanoma at earliest stages via biopsy.
