Dr. Leila Sevilla Legacion Williams, DO

I'm not sure, who some of you have seen, but this lady, doctor, is one of the nicest, kindest, and most through Dr's I have ever met, or been to. I have worked closely with many Dr's for many years. I know when they can be rude, inappropriate and act uncaring. I have never seen Dr. Williams act any way but kind and very professional. Of course I do not go into her office demanding, or in an aggressive manner. I have been going to her over 10 years . With diagnosis of all east 90% accuracy... no Dr gets it right all the time. They're human. But when I moved not getting results she sees me again and runs more test and we go from there...tell her if you want generic... communicate with her she is more than willing to work with you. I have hunter this Dr. As she have moved through the years to keep her as my primary, I have referred friends and they all love her. Dr. Williams, keep up the great Work! A NURSE FOR MANY YEARS WHO WILL NOT CHANGE.

Rude, unprofessional and immature. I wouldnt send my dog to this doctor.

I think most who have given dr.williams a bad rating here are drug seekers.Dr.Williams is obsolutely a great doctor.!

I love Dr. Williams, she is friendly and spends time with me. After my baby was born and I had postpartum depression they saw me ASAP. Once she missed a yeast infection so I was very uncomfortable for a weekend, but no ones perfect. When it's "sick season" though, they usually have NO sick day appointments though and I end up having to go to Avery Ranch Urgent Care (which is a great place!) BUT when you have some really yucky embarrassing stuff going on, it would be nice to see YOUR personal doctor.

She provided no diagnosis for an abdominal scan that cost my insurance almost 10,000.00. Then after getting the results of the scan, she did not explain any of the findings, but told me and my husband that my pain was not real.

I saw Dr. Bell who is the other doctor in Dr. Williams' practice. She was caring and listened. My entire family sees her now and she has taken care of each one of us in the same manner.

Came to office for annual well-check for my 2 children. These 3 days were my first experience with the doctor and office, and we encountered several issues and the office staff simply said "I'm sorry" in a condescending tone to me literally over 10 times in a 5-minute call without trying to really address my issues. I was also refused the ability to get a callback from the doctor directly - it appears that her accountability to patients is only during the 15 minutes she's forced to see you face-to-face to collect her fees. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a medical facility, and I've gone through urgent care centers throughout the Austin area.Interaction with the provider:1. DIAGNOSIS NOT DOCUMENTED - Doctor identified a very small rash during my daughter's visit, said that she would provide/prescribe something for it. This was not provided or mentioned at the end of the visit, and I followed up the next day and was told that a note was put onto my daughter's… chart and would receive a call back. I received no call back, and when I asked again I was told that there were no notes about the rash in her chart but that the doctor would be happy to check the issue out if my daughter came into the office for another visit. 2. PITIFUL FOLLOW-THROUGH AND MISLEADING INFORMATION - Doctor arranged for xrays to be taken of my daughter, and we followed up the next morning when we were there in person and called again the following afternoon at 1:30 to find out how soon results would be available (we expected hours from previous experiences). We were told that the results hadn't come in yet but they would be calling back "shortly" with the results. When my husband called again at 4:30 before they closed to follow-up, he was informed that the doctor was off the entire afternoon and that we wouldn't hear anything until the next day. My husband demanded to have the staff read the radiologist notes so that we would have a clue what was going on.3. ALARMIST/INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS AND UNNECESSARY TESTS/EXPENSE - Doctor/nurse detected high blood pressure on my daughter. Though I informed the doctor that this had never been an issue, I received a serious admonishment for not being aware of this earlier and my daughter was immediately signed up for blood testing. I was asked to purchase a home monitor immediately ($65) and proceeded to check her blood pressure immediately after the visit and fifteen times over the next two days - the pressure never went higher than 90s/60s, which is perfect. When I followed up on this with the office staff - because I was NOT allowed to request a callback fom the doctor - I was informed that there is something called "white coat syndrome" where blood pressure raises when people go to the doctor and shouldn't be alarmed. I wish that had been considered BEFORE the additional lab work and $65.4. NO ACCESS TO DOCTOR OUTSIDE OF VISIT - When we were finally called back from the office (NOT the doctor herself), we were repeatedly denied the ability to speak to the doctor unless we could prove that the discussion was about a medical necessity and not the concerns that we had raised with how the office had handled our issues. Even though some of the concerns were with the doctor herself, the office manager Christy stated that we would be referred to her and that only she was available to speak to us regarding our concerns.5. ADMINISTRATION - I came 25min early for my children's appointments to fill out the paperwork, and they took my children back 15 minutes before the scheduled time, while I was still trying to fill out the large amounts documentation. The doctor was openly frustrated that the paperwork was not complete, and appeared to take notes in other parts of the chart. I felt horribly rushed the entire time.6. INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS - The doctor has a very harsh questioning style, and I felt badgered trying to answer her questions. She misunderstood things that I said and it seemed like she was trying to convict me of bad behavior in support of her diagnosis (which we later discovered was incorrect).Overall, Im concerned about the doctors lack of competent diagnosis and accountability/accessibility after the initial visit. I feel that she spent the required 15 minutes with me in order to collect her fees, and she and her staff refused to address my concerns after the initial visit. I have never encountered a practice where the doctor refuses to call patients back directly.

She only cares about getting your insurance money and then referring you to her associates who are after your money also. She ordered tests from Cedar Park Hospital that were not even necessary and then provided no diagnosis. I felt like I'd been attacked by a medical wolf pack. FRAUD
