Dr. Leland James Scott, MD

I was a patient of Dr Scott's for many years and he is a outstanding doctor who has helped me with my headaches and muscular problems.

His attention to detail is outstanding

I worked with his for several years. We worked together to take care of the problem and make it livable. He was truly caring and listened carefully to my concerns. He is the best!!

While initially impressed with Dr. Scott, this changed quickly at 1-mo follow-up (scheduled to review patient response to IV infusions prescribed by Dr. Scott). Patient became severely ill in waiting area and Dr. Scott called an ambulance for immediate transport to ER. Dr. Scott had no further contact with this 82 yr old patient/family members. Repeated requests (over subsequent 2 weeks) to talk by phone with Dr. Scott (because patient was not responding to infusions and status had worsened), were first ignored and then instead of a simple phone call, Dr. Scott sent a 2-page faxed response (which sadly, because he did not have any updates on patient's status since her first infusion, were no longer accurate or helpful given the circumstances). I have worked in health care for 20+ years and have never seen such total lack of empathy and basic human compassion in the care of an elderly patient.
