Dr. Lelanie Luna, MD

Dr. Luna has been my doctor for awhile, but I have to say that the last time few times I have gone it was not a good experience. I waited 2 hours in the waiting room and then another hour to 2 hours in the patient room. When she talks to you its like she is talking down to you like you do not know anything . But I gave her two stars because she is knowledgeable about health (obviously.) But she is not professional, cold and is rude. If you are looking at for her to be your doctor I would definitely not recommend her. I hate doing bad reviews but my experience with her was not so great.

Is a nightmare to get an appointment for a yearly check up u need to wait for months to get one, and she doesn't have any doctor to help her out, is frustating that theh told you call every week to see if somebody cancel and also her staff is so rude they have a very bad attitude, im really thinking to change my kids doctor

As a patient myself, Dr. Luna and her staff has made my visits very peaceful and fast. Every Doctor facility has their wait times and problems but Dr. Luna is the best at what she does. She made me and my 2 younger brothers feel apart of her family and she does this to every child and their family. She has a big heart and loves her career. I recommend her to every parent.

The staff at this doctor's office is terrible. As soon as they answer the phone, they put you on hold already so be prepared to listen to music for a long time!! But when you are in their waiting area, all you see them doing is talking to each other while you are on hold! Frustrating as heck. It is too bad because Dr. Luna is a wonderful doctor but her staff is making people want to leave.

The worst pediatrician ever! Very rude, indifferent to kids and unprofessional. With her manners and attitude she should work as a vendor at low cost grocery store, not a doctor at Glendale Memorial hospital. Every single time we have appointment with her, she always make it seem like she is in a rush and NEVER answered all my questions comprehensively. Even when I call her for my child's health related matter, she is never available. Horrible, that s all I can say...

What can I say? Dr Luna is hella rude, condescending and treats the parent like a child. During a visit I asked her a question about my kid's medication and she rudely said" I'm not done writing yet", with such an evil look in her face. Also if you have Rx refills for your kid, she will deny all refills until you shell out more money to make an appointment and see her even though she know the kid needs the medicine and has a chronic condition. I do love her partner Dr. Aboulian though, she is professional, cheery and comfortable to talk to. My kids feel comfortable with her, it's a shame we are switching since Dr Aboulian will be on maternity leave soon so Luna will take over. Booooo! Congrats Dr Aboulian on baby, we will miss you! Luna needs to take a Customer Caring course and Kind Etiquette class or just leave the medical field. Very money greedy, always want you to book appointment even though child has chronic medical problem....so very sad.

Dr. Luna is a caring M.D, knwledgeable in her field, she goes out of her way to explain the necessary treatment of my daughter and she has an excellent follow up so that we were please with overall care of my daughter. I will highly recommend her to my family and friends

THE WORST DOCTOR EVER!! If you make an appointment, you are looking 2 to 3 hours wait; minimum. All her staff sucks... They don't have the courtesy, or even a smile. "What would you expect if is Dr. Luna is the same way" She blames her staff of her inability of her doing her job right. She doesn't have no courtesy and professionalism. She wants to outsmart people, even kids and makes her look so stupid. She can't by all means even level up with kids. She doesn't have the patience or loving care. She is cruel, naive, rude, she treats her patients like animals. She doesn't show concern or work ethic when looking after her patients. The worts is that she thinks that her patients does't have a choice. I told her off inside her office, telling her how poorly was her service, and work ethic; and that she does not show drive of her even seen her own patients. It seens that she had reach a point, that she dosn't want to be there.. She doen't even care about the little loving kids. Somone needs… to remove her license. She doesn't deserve to put a hand in a child; with that type of attitude. So I've desided to make a stand for me and all those parents out there that go with this Dr. Luna. I would make a report in each one of her records. So parents doesn't have to go through, to what I went through. If you read this !! Pls, pass the word around. She is the Worst Doctor Ever !! Somone needs to remove her license.

this doctor was assigned to my baby in the hospital after being born. she took my baby like a doll with very litle care. on the first visit she wasn't there so another doctor assisted my baby, this doctor was very kind. then I wanted to go back for a minor matter and pay miself for the visit but i was told the doctor wouln't see my baby unless I switch the insurance to Dr. Luna as the P/D. I think this doctor is more concerned about the money she can make than about the patients health.
