If you have any critical needs at this time, and you are looking for a doctor who you can go to, I would suggest looking else where. Unfortunately getting an appointment or even getting in contact with this doctor is nearly impossible. I get that Covid-19 has everyone being extremely careful, but you still have a job that primarily deals with helping others critical health needs.

fantastic! It is true what I read. she is VERY efficient and is wanting to help those who want to help themselves. A great diagnostician who really cares and especially during this time of Covid-19 made me feel safe. Fully trust her judgement and if she doesn't know is direct and will send me to someone who does!

During my consult visit Dr. Jacob's bed side manner was harsh and abrasive - she was edgy and not someone I would want to lead my health care concerns

Good morning everyone I like to share something. If you're in need of a good doctor I am privileged to have the most caring, loving, human, concerned doctor anyone can ask for! Her name is Lena Jacob, she, as well as my cardiologist Dr. Gary Freedman, have been my support and my guardian Angels! I'm in awe.Feel truly blessed! Great Doctor! Dr Jacob is a smart through doctor! If you are looking to be a TEAM with your primary care, she is the one! She is very direct honest and seems to genuinely care about my health! Highly recommend

I've been a patient of Dr. Jacob's for many years. But as time goes on it just seems that my health issues are minimized. The office staff are extremely rude and do not care if you are sick. If you are trying to get in touch with Dr. Jacob good luck getting a call back.
