Dr. Leni Ellen Kramer, MD

I have been a patient of Dr Kramer for 13 years. She is an excellent doctor and really cares for her patients. Her personality is just very down to the point with no frills but I don’t consider her rude. .The Wait times are ridiculous but I blame her staff for that because they over book. I also know she spends a decent amount of time with each patient so I gonto my appointment knowing that it will be several hours. To me it is worth the wait to have a doctor who really listens and cares. When she got very sick recently and had to be hospitalized her office staff had no back up plan. There are 2 other rheumatologists who could have seen patients or at least write their scripts for a month. They wouldn’t and they were so rude on the phone. Basically... not my problem. I was told to go to my primary to get refills but my primary would not write for tramadol. Called the office back and told them they are putting me in a dangerous situation because oh are not suppose to just come off… medicine like that cold turkey. You are suppose to be weaned properly and once again their answer was basically... not my problem. When she came back to work I told her what happened and she was so upset.i love dr Kramer but the place she practices at is crap!

I have been going to Dr. Kramer for almost 7 years now. The office staff are a bunch of high school medical wannabes. One doesn't know what the other is doing or saying. Their "patient care coordinator is maybe 22 and sticks to a patented script" The real issue is "nick" who seems to be a cowardly ghost as ive asked for an office manager to be told ' we don't have one" For 7 years the wait times have been no less than 2 hours and up to 4 hours. They play the shell game.. waiting room,, triage room.. then infusion room or lab waiting room... until Dr Kramer is finally up to your appointment. Recently Dr Kramer became very sick, unable to practice, while I feel very bad and I hope she is ok.. Everyone in that practice KNEW she was ill abd NO ONE made any alternate plans for her patients. Some of her patients she has on opiod therapy and the other 2 supposed Rheumatologists will not write scripts. That office left all of Dr Kramers patients high and dry. Unprofessional and truly uncaring… to patient needs. For Dr Locicero and her manager Nick are only in it for the money.. I hope that Dr. Kramers patients find a much better practice and I do wish well to Dr. Kramer. To anyone thinking of using Locicero Medical Group I have one word ... DON'T

Dr. Kramer got very sick, unexpectedly. Once she was sick, it was up to Dr. LoCicero, the head Doctor of her Medical Facility, she should have placed someone in Dr. Kramer's place. She had two other Arthritis Drs.there. They could have followed Dr. Kramer's last order, alone with medicine's refills. Dr. LoCicero can write prescription, so what was the problem. I do not fought Dr. Kramer, but the other Dr's. who could have stepped up. It is a lesson to be learned, because anything could have happened to anyone of them, at anytime. Dr. Kramer tried to come to work, once she was released from the hospital. As far as I am concern, Dr. Kramer is a true WARRIOR. Respect for Dr. Kramer. Charlie and Gloria Smith

We have been going to Dr. Kramer over 4 years, Dr. Kramer truly cares for her patients. You can be Black or White, she don't see color, she want her patient to have nothing but the best. She follow her guidelines, but she makes sure, her patients are ok. She give information to help lower your cost of medicines, Good RX, what a Blessing, I saved $75 on a prescription that cost $125, and it costed me $50 at Good RX. We give Leni Kramer 10 STARS, but if she could get only 5 STARS, she'll get all 5 STARS from Charlie and Gloria Smith. We Love You Dr. LENI KRAMER

I do not understand how she could leave her patients high and dry after the many years I have been seeing her. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

The worse doctor I have ever been to!!!!! She is rude and nasty!!! Only saw her once and will never visit her again.

would give her and the office a big fat zero!!!!! you will wait 2 plus hours after your scheduled time, every time. huge waste of time and she is not worth it.

Unfortunately I have to say it was an awful experience with that bitter Dr. She is extremely disrespectful and bitter. She made me feel that I was doing the wrong thing by visiting the office. She never listened to what I had to say, she interrupted me constantly. Told me more than 3 times that she "refuses to give me any narcotics or medications!" When I never even mentioned none of that. She accused me of going to the ER for narcotics (which is totally incorrect) and she spoke very awful about my insurance company which is Tricare for military families. I just walked away from the office due to being a better person and I didn't think telling her a few things (which I was tempted to do), was going to change anything. Apparently the workers there are afraid of her because no one says anything to her. Also she can barely stand up, walk or move her hands so I really don't know how can she examin a patient like that, at least I walked away. Will never recommend her to anyone and I… already found another Dr, of course not in that office.

They are having quite a turn over of staff at the moment.

Dr. Kramer is very nice. I read some reviews prior that say she's not nice. NOT TRUE. This society has sadly become all about "me"... Dr. Kramer is loaded with patients and does spend time to ensure a correct diagnosis. In addition, she is very thorough and must ask questions and get right to business in order to help so many per day. Having the same personality, I see what's really going on as I look at everything. The office is pretty full service so you don't have to go outside for much. Dr. Kramer was nice enough to make sure my insurance would cover a compound formula, most doctors never care that much. I had a very good experience and as I real estate broker, I appreciate someone who, checks everything. Very happy with Dr. Kramer. I prefer to spend a little extra time for someone who cares as opposed to the opposite.
