Receptionist very rude and ignorant the few times I got a chance to speak with her said she'll call me back and never does 3 months I've been waiting for return phone call was just told this past Monday that my records had to be sent my doctor sent the records right over she was supposed to call me within 24 to 48 hours and I still haven't gotten an appointment receptionist complained to me she had to answer the phones and make appointments isn't that her job

Wow, the women who called to schedule my appt was so disrespectful! Unbelievable

Dr. Hanson is very professional and knowledgeable, but the office staff does not respond to phone calls or lab results in a timely manner.

Literally the nicest most relatable dr I have ever met. She is literally so sweet and extremely knowledgable. I was so nervous going for my appointment but she made me so relaxed and at ease. Would highly recommend to anyone

Stay away from this place. The doctor, physician assistant and nurse don't return phone calls. No help in renewing Prescriptions. ineffectual

Listens. Thinks. Tells it like it is. Much appreciated.

This is the most terrible Doctor that I have ever seen, she scared me so much and told me to stop eating all types of foods and refused to give any medicine for my bad bones. I will never see this person again My weight dropped from 95 pounds to 89 pounds since I have seen her in one month. She destroyed my life. Do not see this person she will destroy your life. She also sends people to labs for tests that are not covered by medicare or any other insurance. She will make you go broke. She made me a very nerveous and destroyed my life. My husband also is very upset with what she done. Please do not see this person for anything.

Very Dissappointed! Knowing she didn't take my Insurance, still made an appt with her, knowing I wasn't feeling good. Needed a specialist to determine at this point. She ordered more Lab results! I did immediately after she requested. In fact I did so next door to the Lab she requested. I made 4 attempts to call office to find out what my results read. Nurse said she would call me back. Finally last attempt I called the office again, the nurse said very minimal about my results. Very Very Very Dissappointed!! Dr. Hansen should of taken the time out to review my results and suggest something or even called me personally! For Gods Sake, even the local walk-in clinic doctors call back after hours. Didn't expect this from a Specialist! Not good PR... I will not be recommending any of my future clients to this Doctor! We own several Business in town. I will be sure NOT, to recommend! Terrible experience
