Dr. Lenita Helen Thibault, MD

Dr. Did not share what was put in record. 1. Refused a referral but records read 'may refer' to Dr s. 2. Said I had signs of menopause but records read likely auto-immune disorder, no follow up given. 3. Did not tell me B.C. shot only for 2 years. I was on it for 18 and 1/2. good thing I got my records...went somewhere else. She seems nice and knowledgeable. Be Careful.

She is friendly, takes time to ask if want to talk about any issues I may be having. I always dread my exam..but she makes me feel relaxed and at ease...i appreciate her. Dr. Thibault..is precise and professional...I would recommend her highly.

Dr. Thibault is one of the most intelligent providers i know. You can see her passion for this specialty. Highly recommend.

I waited 2 hours for my appointment. After 45 minutes of waiting, I nicely asked the staff if there was some kind of problem or something had happened and if I could reschedule. They told me it was always like this, and said I could reschedule to a day when I had more time to wait. I work every day, so there is no day when I have two hours to wait, so they said I should keep waiting. This was my 4th time seeing her and the wait has gotten worse each time. They apparently have no respect for anyone's else's time. If you have all day to wait, she seems a competent doctor. I have however, had to call for my own test result each and every time. They always say they will send you a card in the mail, but they never have.

I have personally felt belittled by this doctor on 2 separate occasions. She has an "I'm better than you" attitude. I now go to the health department for most of my OBGYN needs. I do not recommend using her as your OBGYN!

I had a C-Section with my son. She did a great job, we both came out of it perfectly healthy and I only have a small. She is a very nice lady and easy to get along with and she actually listens to you. But as for Welmont I will not be having my 2nd child there. The nurses are very rude, in a hurry to get their job done, and do not actually listen to you or care. Also, they do not care if your in pain. So sadly I will not get to use her for my surgery again because I am going to Indian Path this time.

She is very rude. Files records unprofessionally and incorrectly. When you tell her a concern or something that is going wrong she tells you you are wrong or it is normal even though its your body and you know otherwise. She is very uncaring when it comes to procedures. When you tell her,what you want she shoots it down and tells you no. Her reasons and excuses changes from each time you ask. I would not recommend her to anyone. She is very rude and judgemental! If she thinks you're a bad person or living wrongly she takes,it out on you! Thats unfair because not everyone is bad. I love the staff there, they just need a better obgyn!

Not only have I worked with Dr. Thibault when we were in the service together, she was my care provider and delivered my son. I can attest to her patient care of others, and my own experience and without hesitation say she is among the best!

This doctor does not have good bedside manner. She does seem very caring. I do not feel that she genuinely cared about my pregnancy. She did not answer my questions very clearly and somewhat contradicted herself on some questions. She was not very courteous or friendly and generally made me feel bad about myself. I would not recommend this doctor as an ob/gyn.

Placed in cold room for what seemed like forever. Told it was a typical Monday when asked about the long wait. Office staff did not file for insurance correctly though they are a provider for my insurance. What a mess. Can't even spell my name correctly.
