If you want a doctor to be concerned, caring and compassionate about your condition..THIS IS NOT the doctor for you. If you like good bedside manner, THIS IS NOT the doctor for you. A warning for anyone considering this office: he will not make eye contact, listen to your concerns/questions, wait for you to answer his questions and definitely will not remember who you are. He will spend a maximum of 3 minutes with you. If you have any kind of immediate needs, don’t expect anyone to care or be proactive in addressing those needs. I work in health care and gave this office way more of my time than I should. I have left this office completely mortified many times feeling upset, angry and ignored. Even though I have been a compliant patient of many years, no efforts were made to address the way I feel my care has been handled. Thank god I have insurance and can find someone who won’t neglect their patients because Dr. Jeng has absolutely left me high and dry. Just BEWARE, patients… deserve way more than this office/Dr. Jeng will provide. OBVIOUSLY I have nothing good to say about this office and definitely nothing good to say about Dr. Jeng.

The office staff is great friendly and easy to communicate with. The educators were remarkable and excellent I was very impressed. Dr Jeng is easy to talk with he, answered my questions, and listened to my concerns. I left the office feeling positive, Thank you Dr Jeng.

Dr. Jen is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure to be a patient. He is equally professional, compassionate, thorough and yet still personable. He does not rush you in any manner, taking his time to explain everything! I am better informed as a diabetic because if Dr. Jeng and staff's education, positive reinforcement and follow up. I now have the lowest A1C's ever since being under Dr. Jeng's care! He is exceptional with the treatment and maintenance plan for his patients. I would recommend Dr. Jeng to any of my friends or family without hesitation. He always has a smile and something pleasant to say, YOU KNOW HE CARES!!! His office is very accommodating with little or no wait for appointment, pleasant and happy staff, clean office and reception areas and fast test results. Dr. Jeng is a relatively young doctor with good old-fashioned bedside manners, respect and values.
