Dr. Leon Hang Chang, DDS

Unprofessional service!! I did my teeth exam and regular clean service with Dr Chang because it's close to my orthodontist. It's out of network with my insurance so before I go, I emailed them to confirm it's 100% covered by my insurance and they confirmed. After the service, I'm told by insurance the cost is only covered by 40%. I called the Dr Change office and they told me they were misled by my insurance too. They can do nothing but ask me to pay the remaining balance. I went to have service with them because they provide the wrong information that my insurance will fully cover it. I am so disappointed by their unprofessional service and irresponsible for their fault and put the fault on the customers. This is a small problem and their response shows how irresponsible they are. I won't recommend anyone go with them because once there is a problem, they will try to blame the fault on you. I don't see any sign that they care about the customers and all they want is promise you… things to start business first, after that all they care is how to get money.
