Dr. Leon Lester, DDS

To make a long story short. Dr Lester has destroyed my LIFE. I lost my girlfriend,MY SON, my JOB and my sanity. Dr Lester performed several dental procedures for me in the last few years. Most were out of pocket due to my economic situation. Dr Lester charged me $1000 for root canals that I had to pay in 3 pays each time I came to his office. $400 for step 1, $400 for step 2 and the. $200 for the core. of the this went on for at least 1 year then he chose to do a root canal on a tooth that had no decay but was dead at the root. As a PROFESIONAL I trusted him. As a BLACK PROFESSIONSAL MAN I trusted him even more but now I'm left with today. Today I have an uncompleted root canal with a metal file broken off in it with no one and no funds to fix it. Its hard. I can't find a lawyer that will help and I'm lost out here. Dr Lester broke a file in the tooth and also allowed his dental assistant to act as a dentist and place a 24ml file in my #9 tooth which was only at the depth of 23 ml abd… then tried to cover it up by rushing me out of HIS office with no clue in what was happening but I went to another dentist that confirmed it. He even stated that he would pay for my tooth. That's not enough.

Dr Lester and staff were very caring ,and i would recommend my family and friends.

Terrible all around experience. They will incorrectly submit insurance claims then hold you responsible for the amount. I have called numerous times to talk and I repeatedly get hung up on. Please read other reviews. There is a history of their shady business. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.
