Very very rude and impatient receptionist who could not had on to the phone to to make note of complete details and just hung up.

Dr. Rubenfaer is a very knowledgeable, kind & caring doctor! He was able to prescribe me a medication & put me in touch with a therapist to see weekly!! Thank you!!

If you really care about yourself or your loved one receiving actual help, do not see this doctor. His practice is based on collecting fees for filling out paperwork and he is unable to even do that correctly. It seems HE needs to seek medical assistance for himself because he shows symptoms of being senile.

I couldn't be more thankful to Dr. Rubenfaer and his staff for all their help!! He's the nicest doctor you'll ever meet. The staff went above and beyond for me when I called with any concerns. Definitely recommend him anyone!

Dr. Rubenfaer is a professional and courteous doctor but be prepared to face his unbelievably UGLY staff and I don't mean physically. The ladies working his front desk are as rude as I've ever seen amongst those who interact with the public.

The doctor is very patient he does listen and he is competent. Sometimes he runs behind but that’s understandable because he text times with this patient. The receptionist is rude and she’s incompetent and inpatient she should have more professionalism about herself working at the front desk with people with healthcare issues who obviously need help especially mental help .

Dr. Leon rubenfaer is very supportive. He listens to you and responds to you as an individual, not as a group. He's very kind and shows empathy. I've been going to him for several years and will continue.
