Dr. Leon Carl Segars

This dentist is horrible, the staff is horrible. The quality of the product is very poor as is the treatment of the patient needs. If you go to this clinic be prepared to suffer.

let me start by saying I WOULD NOT give him any stars if it were possible! But, worst experience ever! I am in the dental field myself and decided to go with my father during his second visit just to make sure he wasn't taken advantage of anymore. The first visit they wrongly charged him of the procedures they "did" and had a small child in there watching my dads whole procedure. Those two things alone alerted me. So when i came with him, they did not give him the time of day when he needed his appliance adjusted. They did a quick job and the Dr did not even come back in the last time to check it before we were sent out the door. During that same visit I saw 2 different assistants open two different drawers and grab " clean items" with their dirty gloves, another tech handling my fathers denture bare handed. And my father went back the same day not knowing they were closing 2 hours early for him to readjust once again. Well simply putting it, Dr segars raised his voice with my father… saying they were closed and refused to go in and help him saying he can leave the dentures and have his money back and wait for Monday either way. Completely outraged! Oh and did I mention when telling him about why I chose to be a dental hygienist, he chuckled making a statement about patients oral health and procedure saving our patients teeth is just a scam. This man is just out for the money. No compassion about it patients at all!!!
