Dr. Leonard Kweku Baidoo, MD

Dr Baidoo was incredibly rude, brash and uncaring during my appointment with him. He was dismissive of my symptoms and my family history. After a very short and uncomfortable conversation, he ordered a series of very expensive blood tests. When I asked what kind of blood tests, he rolled his eyes and mumbled some nondescript answer. I left his office feeling angry and upset. I cancelled the colonoscopy he ordered knowing that I would feel uncomfortable with someone with such poor bedside manners to do an invasive procedure on me. I am glad I did, because I recently received the bill for the blood test and couldn't afford the scopes because I can barely afford the blood test he order. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Good luck to anyone that sees him.

FELT VERY COMFORTABLE-EXPLAINED DIAGNOSIS IN EASY TERMS

i cancelled all my further appointments and testing with baidoo. he seems intelligent, but hes very blunt and makes me rather uncomfortable. he poked at things in an unprofessional manner like weight and my family. and the biggest turn off was that he scheduled further testing for me, without looking at any of my records from my doctor back home. so he scheduled test i have had done recently. this was my first time seeing him, and he wouldnt let me fax him my previous test results.

Dr. Baidoo is a very intelligent and knowlegable doctor and will go out of his way to explain your situation and make sure you understand. He will take the time to answer your questions and be very honest with you. He is by far the best IG doctor I've delt with.

Dr. Baidoo is certainly a "superspecialist" in all of his training and research work, but he is difficult to talk to and sometimes I feel like I'm going to see the principal . . . and I'm a compliant patient.
