Very unpleasant Dr and staff was not informed of anything going on after my procedure he left never came back to see me was was wheeled out to the front and put in my car and I left.I filed complaint with the hospital and moved my records to UT medical center where very professional staff was ready to take over my care if you are planning a visit with him be very careful and remember a 2nd opinion is always a great idea

The only office I will go to for all my pregnancies and prenatal care!

I have been a patient of Dr Brabson for 16 years. You couldn't ask for a better place to get care. I have always felt comfortable with them and the staff is great!

This review isn't actually for Dr. Brabson, but rather for his nurse-midwife Manola McCain and nurse Rose Fuller at the Women's Pavilion at Physician's Regional Hospital (Tennova) in Knoxville, TN. I can't say enough good things about the work they did. I was 20 weeks pregnant when I found out my daughter was dead. Manola talked me through my options and we decided to induce labor. Nurse Rose Fuller was there with us every step of the ten-hour birth and always seemed to know the right thing to say. I was very vulnerable and frightened but the excellent, sensitive care I received at Physicians Regional really helped me deal with losing my child. They were very careful to treat my daughter with respect. They dressed her and took a cast of her footprints. We had as much time as we wanted to hold her after she was born. They even sent an invitation to an annual memorial service in their chapel for babies who have died. Only now, looking back, do I understand how lucky we were to… give birth at Physician's Regional. I recommend them very highly and I hope to be back myself for a happier birth soon.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brabson's for over 40 years. He has been my only ob/gyn, delivering both of my children and performing my hysterectomy. Dr. Brabson is an excellent doctor, who is not only competent, but also compassionate. He truly does care about his patients and "his" babies. At exam time, he is never rushed (unless called for an emergency) and spends as much time as needed to answer any questions. I HIGHLY recommend him. He will by my physician until he decides to retire, which I hope i s not too soon.

You will not find a better complete Women's Service in Knoxville, TN. They provide the most options for your pregnancy and delivery, and the care is unmatched. I would recommend Dr. Brabson or any of the Midwives in his practice to anyone.

Dr. Brabson and his staff provide exceptional care. They are friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and are truly concern about their patients. My whole pregnancy and birthing process was wonderful! I would highly recommend Dr. Brabson and the staff at the Women's Pavilion!

I feel so very blessed that I was referred to Dr. Brabson. When delivering my son, Dr. Brabson came in and talked to my husband and I. I had some complications with dilating and Dr. Brabson said he felt like we needed to do a C-Section because my son's heart rate would drop when I would have a contraction. I was so thankful to have a doctor who was concerned with the health of my son and knowledgeable in the field of practice. I will never use anyone else!

We had our baby with the midwives at Dr. Brabson's office. We had previously had a birth center birth with our son, and this birth far exceeded our previous experience. This birth was perfect, tennova hospital was great, and our midwife was amazing. We will not question our child birth options in the future. We will absolutely return to Dr. Brabson's office for our next prenatal care and birth.
