Very rude customer service. A receptionist by name of Timothy called me out of my name and then hung up the phone on me.

I have been seeing Dr Cosmo for about 15 years. He is a very inteligent, great listener, caring, humble, funny and more Dr. He is a 3-1 Doctor for me, Internal Medicine, Sleep Apnea and Pulmonologist. Great at all. I hate to see him retire in the future. God bless him and his office staff ????. I highly recommend him. Thank you

Dr Cosmo is an amazing and kind man and top notch doctor. He does everything in his power to diagnose and treat the person.

I had an appointment today for the 1st time, and I was treated very kindly, patient and respect. And he doesn't push you out the door. He listens till your done.

Dr. Cosmo was told that my mother, his patient, a little old lady with Alzheimer's and COPD was in the hospital right next door to his office, Memorial Hospital, and never once did he go to see her. She died at Memorial. That, in my opinion, is PATHETIC!

Definitely not happy with the office Workers, first they are always standing around in the middle of a gab session. My authorizations are mailed into them and they never know where to find them. Too many times I had to get someone from home at last minute to bring it. They don't call to let you know about your appointments or even that they get canceled. It is a pulmonary office, you think they wouldn't spray all the smelly stuff in the sitting room. Had an appointment 09/17, never got a call or even that they cancel this morning, after knocking on the door they just said Dr Cosmos wasn't in and I could come back at 10. While talking with them they had to ask my name four time. So discussed them. I have seen Dr Cosmos in earlier appointments and he seems to be thorough about examinations. I just believe his office help is not very co-operative in servicing the patients and their paper work. I know there was another Dr that worked there and left because things weren't right. The… exit reception/office person Christine seems to be the only one on top of what she was doing. Thank you for reading this word of advice.
