GREAT dr. I originally was with one of his associates, but after a scheduling mix up went with him as he could fit me in right away--best thing that happened to me! Super friendly, very caring, great bedside manner. Makes me feel so at ease.

Great doctor. Been seeing him for over 20 years, i continue to see him even after he moved to Wisconsin. He is a caring professional dedicated to what he loves to do. As for the reviews on insurance issues and the front staff, do your homework first with your insurance company before seeing any doctor.

Dr. Fagan has performed several surgeries for me and was seemingly pleasant and seemed to care about my health and well being. As the years have gone on, he has seemed to lose much of his compassion. His office manager is most rude and inconsiderate. Very unprofessional yet Dr. Fagan backs his rude staff, so they are in the right to treat the patient however they feel. As for billing, they blame the insurance instead of accepting responsibility for their actions. Pre-authorizations are not done in a timely manner nor are requested documentations needed for payment. I am so dissatisfied with the lack of respect and regard for the patient. I have never been treated so rudely by a medical staff. They need to re read their patient oath.

Dr. Fagan is the most compassionate, caring, and competent doctor that I've found in my search for an OB-GYN. I was referred to him by a friend who has had the same experience as I have. Dr. Fagan has the ability to make a typically uncomfortable experience comfortable with his warm, yet extremely professional, bedside manner. He is thorough, patient, informative and communicates in a manner that someone who isn't a doctor can understand. From what I have observed, Dr. Fagan treats his patients with dignity and respect, and he is committed to providing the best care possible. I would recommend him 100%. Only con: office staff (front desk) could be more polite and helpful.

I have seen Dr Fagan since 1989. He delivered all 3 of my children. I travel 45 minutes just to see him. He is accurate in diagnosing, compassionate and spends a long time making sure every facet of care is covered. I would never switch my Ob/Gyn. Great bed side manner.

Only cares about making money. Does not explain anything. Treats you like your not a person.
