I have problem teeth, so I've seen Dr. Goldman quite a few times. Each time was an excellent experience.

After reading reviews, I was nervous about my visit to Dr. Goldman (in early Feb 2019), but that was soon alleviated. The front desk staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and reassuring. The assistant to Dr. Goldman also assured me that I had no need to worry, they would take good care of me. He explained to me what he was qualified to and left some questions for the dr. to answer. When the dr. came in, he explained everything he would be doing, and the possible outcomes. I decided I didn’t want to be awake during this procedure. We were talking about my worries as they were getting set-up, and they remained patient and understanding. The next thing I know they’re helping me out of the chair because they were finished. Felt like magic to me. The recovery was fine and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend Dr. Goldman and wouldn’t hesitate to go back for any future needs.

Dr Goldman was very RUDE, IMPATIENT AND OBNOXIOUS . He has no idea how to deal with children and their parents. My child came out traumatized. Worst experience at a doctors office ever!

Rude and condescending...didn’t care about my concerns or questions as a patient...answered all of my questions with a snarky response. Unprofessional...Couldn’t stay off of his high horse long enough to explain the procedure, he was about to perform on me. His arrogance...caused me to walk out of his office, without being treated. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The office staff is incredibly rude. The fact that individuals do not realize that their extraneous comments are not only disrespectful and provocative, but completely unnecessary highlights that fact that the entire staff is in need of customer service training. Hint: If your comments don't add to the conversation or serve a positive purpose, then you should evaluate whether or not to speak them before you actually speak them. It only takes one second for a first impression, but that impression will stay with your customer/client for a lifetime.

He took great care of my 12 year old son who had a minor procedure. He explained everything and made him feel comfortable.
